Belgrade, April 28, 2021 – After more than four decades, during May 4th and 5th from 11 am to 6 pm, Marera Properties will give citizens of Belgrade a unique opportunity to experience the city from the famous observation deck on the 22nd floor of Palata Beograd, the first "smart building" in this region.
The observation deck has been closed to visitors since the late 1980s, when radio and television broadcaster Studio B moved into the office space of Palata Beograd, and the magnificent view of the city became the privilege of journalists and their guests. This means that the opening of the observation deck to public on May 4th and 5th will be the first opportunity after more than four decades for citizens to experience Belgrade from this perspective.
In line with epidemiological measures, visitors will reach the spacious semi-enclosed terrace in about 30 seconds by elevators, which are still considered the fastest in the city. They will have 20 to 30 minutes to enjoy the panorama and take extraordinary photos of Belgrade.
This unique event is also an opportunity to help those in need, since all proceeds from tickets, available at a symbolic price of 100 dinars, will be donated to Red Cross users, while Marera Properties will double the collected amount with its own donation.

Since September 2020, Marera Properties is the owner of Palata Beograd office part. Its extensive reconstruction is underway to turn it into a modern business center, created in line with contemporary business communities. Opening of this new Palata Beograd is expected by the end of 2021.
