Day after day, the future Kalemegdan Business Center is unveiling its new face—taking increasingly the appearance of a magnificent business center that will be spread over 21,500 m2 and will become, after its completion, home to more than 3,000 employees and many domestic and foreign companies.

Earthworks are being performed at garage level, next to the building itself. At levels 0 and 1, where the unique flexible offices of "The Zoo" coworking space will open, works of building partition walls, wall smoothing and preparatory waterproofing works are being performed.

At higher levels, from level 2 to 6, the works include the creation of the boxes where the future offices will be housed, the installation of the future computer network and access control system, as well as plumbing works.

The highest level will welcome unique office spaces, where tenants will enjoy a breathtaking terrace besides a spectacular view. At this level, the works include the concreting of the pillars and roof panel, as well as the construction of the main staircase.
